The staff, facilities , gym, room , spa , pool , location the gifts from the general manager The local Saudi lady who checked us in was amazing , apologise for forfeiting her name she gave us an impeccable service . The entire experience was exceptional. The rest of the staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive, providing a high level of service from check-in to check-out. The hotel facilities were top-tier the gym was modern and well-equipped, the room was spacious and immaculately clean, and both the spa and pool offered a truly relaxing escape. The location was ideal, with convenient access to nearby attractions. A special touch was the thoughtful welcome gifts from the general manager, which made the stay feel even more personal and appreciated.

Extremely nice suites and comfortable beds, good breakfast buffet too. Spa is small but when combined with the facilities in the neighbouring and accessible gym (which is very well equipped), you've got a sauna, two jacuzzis, steam room and relaxation room. Would recommend half-board! The dinner allows you to go up to 350 SAR (~£70), for which I had a three course meal and three mocktails.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The check-out process was very flexible, which made everything so much easier. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The reception staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and welcoming their service truly stood out. I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended! 🌷

During my recent stay at Jareed hotel in Riyadh, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of hospitality extended to me. As a first-time visitor, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's remarkable interiors and well-maintained rooms. The name "Jareed" is derived from the Arabic word for Palm frond, which is a symbol of hospitality and generosity in the region. Beyond its name, this hotel embodies the essence of Arabian hospitality with its exceptional service, immaculate facilities, and dedication to guest satisfaction. The staff at Jareed consistently exceeded my expectations, with each member displaying a high level of professionalism and a dedication to guest satisfaction. From the valet to the check-in agents, and even the cleaning staff, I was met with warm smiles and a willingness to assist me in any way possible. The exceptional service provided by the staff made my stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Jareed hotel for both business and family travelers, and I extend my sincerest thanks to the entire team for making my stay a memorable one.

Very large standard room, although not my absolute taste it was richly decorated and very comfortable. The entrance hall is nice and cosy, the corridors are spotless and the amber perfume gives it a nice feeling. The gym is huge and (but accessible by outside clients). The living-room and its terrace on the first floor are very cosy and comfortable. Everyone was super nice. We didn't try the restaurant Morini but it looked beautiful.
